Tasks are tagged with required skills. Workers only see tasks they are qualified for. No race-to-the-bottom on price — quality is the filter.
Timer-based completion
Every task has a deadline. The timer starts when a worker claims. Escrow is released on completion. No payment held by the platform.
Full cost payout
The human who does the work receives the full posted amount. The protocol takes no commission. Infrastructure cost is covered separately — not extracted from worker pay.
Guild structure
Workers belong to skill guilds. Guilds maintain quality standards, onboard members, and vouch for competence. Reputation travels with the worker, not the platform.
