Forge Vertical on Bark · Cape Town
Web design, SEO and web apps for South African businesses.
I'm Jarrit Hosking, founder of Forge Vertical in Cape Town. I build websites and software that get found on Google and in AI answers. You deal with me directly, and clients I build for get a free tracking portal for their site.

We launch, set up Search Console and analytics, and you get your free portal to watch the numbers.

Questions
How do I hire Forge Vertical?
Send a short brief through the free quote form, WhatsApp or the Bark profile. I reply with questions, a fixed scope and a price, and work starts once you approve it.
Do you guarantee page-one rankings?
No, and nobody honest can. I build the technical foundation, structure and content that give a site the best chance to rank, then set up tracking so you can see what is happening.
What time zone do you work in?
South African Standard Time (SAST, UTC+2, no daylight saving). Working hours are 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. I answer messages outside those hours when I can.
Who owns the finished site or app?
You do. Code, content and accounts are handed over to you at the end of the project.
What is the Forge Vertical portal?
A client dashboard at portal.forgevertical.com that tracks site health, Search Console data and more. It is free for clients I build for.
Do you only work with businesses in Cape Town?
No. I'm based in Cape Town, but I work with businesses across South Africa. Everything is done remotely by email, WhatsApp and video call, and I'm happy to meet locally where it helps.
Do I have to go through Bark to hire you?
No. You can message me on WhatsApp or through the quote form on this site. Bark is one place to find me, not the only one.
Ready to start?
